Hi, I'm Michelle Phillips. I started my career while in college, working for a small bookkeeping and tax service, doing bookkeeping work and income tax preparation.
I later graduated from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
For several years after that, I worked in various industries as a bookkeeper and office manager, while gaining experience in all facets of business financial management.
I ran my own successful bookkeeping service for several years, before joining a CPA firm in Grand Junction, Colorado in 2000. For seven years, I prepared business and individual income tax returns, performed accounting work, prepared financial statements, performed financial audits, and supervised trainees.
In 2007, I moved back home to Texas, and settled down in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, where I have been running a growing CPA practice. I am also a proud member of the Burnet Volunteer Fire Department.
I would love to visit with you about all of your tax and accounting needs. I have the experience you are looking for in a CPA, and I can provide personal attention in a relaxed atmosphere.
